PSG & Associates Management, Inc. was established by Ms. Perla “Pia” S. Gutierrez in 2012 and started mainly for the purpose of book keeping and document processing. Because of her due diligence and hard work, she was able to gratify several individual clients and business entrepreneurs and won their trust to continue doing business with her and her team of Filipino immigrants. Now the company has grown strong throughout the years and has expanded to providing more services including back support for other businesses and human resources.

In 2015, Pia envisioned to further expand the business and this time she is bringing job opportunities to the Filipino people & the Philippines. In November of the said year, she was able to gather her team to start organizing the business and its operational requirements.  The office in the Philippines has laid down its foundation and gradually took bits and pieces of responsibilities from the head office in the USA.

Pia has been a professional Business Management Consultant since 1992.  She believes in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes.
